Shipping:  Standard US domestic shipping is FREE. Express & International shipping prices are determined by item size & destination. 

Returns: If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us and receive full refund or exchange within fifteen (15) days of the shipped date with all tags attached and in the original condition.  Shipping cost for US domestic returns is FREE. Please use the prepaid return shipping label included in your packaging. Note: Final sale items and items with special customization can not be returned or exchanged.

Two-Year Warranty: Every DuMontier wallet is covered by a Two-Year Warranty. When spotting a defect, simply send us an email with your order number and photos showing the defect. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label so that you can send it back to us for repair.  

What’s covered by warranty: external structure, stitching, edge paint, exterior material, lining material, pockets, straps, handles and hardware.

What’s not covered by warranty:  general wear & tear, overloading or accidental damage including water damage, natural ageing of the leather or material, such as patination, scratches and burnishing.
